MICROMATRIX WITH MICROCHANNELS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C40B60/00

Abstract RU 2556123 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology. Claimed is a micromatrix for the application in cell screening, formed in the flat surface of a lamellar plate, where the micromatrix contains a multitude of microchannels, formed in the flat surface of the lamellar plate, where the multitude of microchannels is formed in such a way that they form a grid, with the grid determining a multitude of inter-line areas, and a multitude of groups of microcells, containing a multitude of microcells, each of which is located in one of the inter-line areas, with each group containing a multitude of microcells, formed in the flat surface of the lamellar plate, and each microcell has such dimensions as to contain at least a single cell, where the microchannels and the microcells are located and configured in the flat surface of the lamellar plate in such a way that when the flat surface of the lamellar plate is located in contact with the flat surface of a substrate in such a way that there is tight fitting between the lamellar plate and the substrate, liquid on the flat surface of the lamellar plate is removed from the separating area through the microchannels.

EFFECT: micromatrix for application in cell screening is claimed.
