FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for production of gas-fluid dispersions. Proposed unit comprises fluid medium source, membrane apparatus with tubular ceramic membrane, appliance to force fluid medium inside said tubular ceramic membrane, appliance to feed gas at pressure arranged perpendicular to said tubular ceramic membrane, appliance to discharge produced dispersion into gas-fluid medium receptacle, shutoff-and-adjust valves and accessories and measuring hardware. Tubular ceramic membrane consists of two layers, outer layer being made from aluminium oxide and inner active layer being produced from silicon carbide with porosity making 40-45% at pore diametre varying from 0.1 to 0.2 mcm.
EFFECT: high-quality dispersions, high efficiency and linger life.
