FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains front and back stocks, cutting bit, signal multiplication block, actuating mechanisms, block of lubricoolant feeding and computer. Output of computer is connected to input of signal multiplication block, and its output is connected to outputs of actuating mechanisms. Input of cutting bit, input of foot block and output of block of lubricoolant feeding outputs are connected to outputs of actuating mechanisms. Device is outfitted by inspection tool of temperature deformation of cutting bit in the form of thermal imager with digital output, which is connected to input of computer.
EFFECT: compensation of temperature errors for the purpose of providing of high accuracy of components treatment at equipment with numerical control and design simplification of the device.
