FIELD: machine tool manufacture in high-accuracy NC equipment, namely systems for active control of part working in real time.
SUBSTANCE: when cutting tool works part surface errors may occur. That is why detection of values of errors, fluctuations occurring in manufacturing process is base for evaluating accuracy of different working methods. System "machine tool - attachment- tool - part" is heated as working tool passes on part surface in real time and temperature-caused errors occur. Said errors may provoke change of part size and shape due to temperature influence. According to invention temperature pickup is built into cutting tool. Apparatus includes analog to digital converter, unit for supplying cutting fluid and computer for calculating difference between preset temperature value and temperature value of cutter measured by means of said temperature pickup.
EFFECT: high accuracy of part working in precise NC equipment in real time.
