FIELD: life-saving equipment, particularly for rescuing persons from difficult-to-access areas. SUBSTANCE: method involves launching returnable unmanned aircraft equipped with repeater of radio-command control line signals; guiding aircraft towards injured person location; managing aircraft and load-bearing air-borne apparatus by analyzing of image from aircraft TV camera; launching load-bearing air-borne apparatus after injuring person detection by means of aircraft TV camera; managing load-bearing air-borne apparatus movement by radio-command control line through repeater; returning aircraft after load-bearing air-borne apparatus dropping and delivering useful load to injured person. EFFECT: possibility of large-scale rescue operations performing with the use of the same apparatuses at different rescue operation stages.
