FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: there is developed a method for recovery and cultivation of autologous fibroblasts that involves preparing cells of biopsy materials without enzymatic treatment and mechanical handling of an initial substance, where the biopsy material is placed under an cover slip and incubated on a double dish covered with a synthetic analogue of extracellular matrix poly-D-lysine in DMEM medium with 2% "ФБС" to form a monolayer of fibroblasts migrated from an explant, and b) further cultivation of the cells prepared at the stage a) on the double dish with poly-D-lysine in a nutrient medium wherein common serums of animal origin are replaced with 10% proper blood serum of the patient.

EFFECT: combination of quality characteristics of the autologous dermal fibroblast culture prepared in the offered method testifies to high viability and proliferative activity of the cells, low level of apoptosis and relative genetic stability of the prepared culture that allows recommending it as a safe preparation for the cell-based therapy in aesthetic medicine.
