FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for enzymatic recovery of minimally manipulated cell fractions from skin of laboratory animals, comprising the incubation of animal skin tissues using a mixture of dispase and type I collagenase enzymes at concentrations of 2.5 mg/ml, dissolved in the DMEM nutrient medium, with subsequent addition of 0.25% trypsin and collagenase IV at concentration of 2 mg/ml.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain enzymatically from the skin of an adult organism minimally manipulated cell fractions of fibroblasts and keratinocytes with a high percentage of viability, maintaining their physiological properties and reducing their secondary damage, which are reflected in the viability and morphology of cell fractions, for use in cell therapy and increasing the regenerative potential of the skin.
