FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: described is medium for cultivation of stromal cells from adipose tissue (SCAT) with application of AdvanceSTEM™ medium with addition of 10% patient's autologous blood serum. Also claimed is method of cultivation of said cells with application of described medium. The invention makes it possible to obtain in vitro culture of autologous cells of adipose tissue, characterised by high level of proliferative activity, low apoptotic index, higher viability and safety with complete preservation of multipotent properties of cultivated cells, i.e. their ability to differentiate in various directions: adipogenic, chondrogenic, osteogenic and endothelial.

EFFECT: invention can be used in cell transplantology tissue engineering in order to obtain quality cell material for treatment of a number of human diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, damage to the nervous system, urologic, gynecologic diseases and infertility, periodontal diseases, bone apparatus defects, arthropathy, burns, and for correction of age changes and skin defects in dermatocosmetology.
