FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pyrolytic furnaces. Pyrolytic furnace includes muffle restricting food preparation compartment, providing arrangement of food product through the hole made with possibility of closing by means of door, housing containing a muffle, and control devices located outside the muffle and made with possibility of controlling the temperature inside food preparation compartment. At that, control devices are located in lower half of housing, mainly on housing bottom. Besides it also includes the fan located inside the muffle and installed near the first element, as well as discharge devices made with possibility of directing larger part, mainly at least 50% of air flow created with fan to lower part of food preparation compartment.
