Proposed flat collector (101), comprising body (102) of electric insulating material, multiple connecting segments (108) of electroconductive material for connection of at least one end of coil winding, and also multiple segments (112) of working surface, which produce working surface (14) of flat collector (101), besides segments (112) of working surface are connected to connecting segments (108) in mechanically strong and electroconductive manner, and body (102) and/or connecting segments (108) are arranged as integral, besides body (102) is prepared in advance and has holes (118), where connecting segments are inserted (108), differing by the fact that connecting elements (108) due to mechanically strong connection with segments (112) of working surface are fixed on body (102), besides holes (118) in body (102) in the area of connecting segments (108) end inverted to segments (112) of working surface, have expansion (124, 128), and expansion (124, 128) of holes (118) has receiving space for connecting facility for connection of connecting segments (108) with segments (112) of working surface, and after hardening, connection facility produces fixation of connecting segment (108) on body (102), and also method for manufacturing of flat collector.
EFFECT: provision of sufficient resistance of collectors in active medium with simultaneous achievement of their efficiency.
