FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method is used to separate hymenophore from the ripe mycothallus whereupon it is cut in 1.0-1.5 cm pieces, dried on white sterile paper at ambient temperature and gently pulverised. Pulverised and dried hymenophore is transferred into a tank with sterile water and stirred until smooth whereupon the mixture is filtered though cotton wool. Filtered liquid is centrifuged at 1000-1500 rpm for 5-7 min. The obtained precipitate is double washed in sterile water and treated with disinfectant whereupon the precipitate is double washed again in sterile water to remove the disinfectant. The obtained precipitate is checked for cleanness by sowing it on the surface of agarised medium in Petri dishes. If no extraneous microflora in the form of bacteria colonies, yeast cells and spores of lower fungi has grown on the surface of the agarised medium, the sterile basidiospores obtained are considered suitable for further use in growing higher fungi.

EFFECT: method enables to produce sterile basidiospores used for further growing of higher fungi.
