FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of culturing higher mushroom mycelium and can be used in artificial culturing higher mushroom. Culturing higher mushroom mycelium involves sowing basidiospores on nutrient medium and their incubation up to mycelium formation. Basidiospores of Polish mushroom, Boletus edulis, are used as basidiospores. After 60-70 h of incubation basidiospores are subjected for thermal treatment at temperature +8 C or +46 C for 2-3 h and then after each 24 h of incubation the swollen and destroyed basidiospores associated in conglomerates are removed and readiness of mycelium obtained form conglomerates of destroyed basidiospores are determined visually. The use of this method ensures to culture mycelium of Polish mushroom, Boletus edulis, under artificial conditions. EFFECT: simplified technological process, decreased time of technological process and consumptions for high-priced reagents, instruments and equipment. 8 dwg
