FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of germination of higher mushroom basidiospores and can be used in artificial higher mushroom culturing. Basidiospores of Polish mushroom, Boletus edulis, are germinated by sowing basidiospores on nutrient medium that involves one or two components taken among the group: amino acids, organic acids, monosugars, bisugars, alcohols. Incubation of basidiospores is carried out at temperature 16-20 C for 14-20 days up to preparing the primary mycelium as fibrous white colonies with diameter 5-10 mm. The use of this method ensures to germinate basidiospores of Polish mushroom, Boletus edulis. EFFECT: simplified technological process, decreased period of technological process and material consumptions for high-priced reagents, instruments and equipment. 8 ex
