SUBSTANCE: method provides for preparing the ingredients, cutting and drying them in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Moreover, the method involves roasting girasol-sunflower, roasting barley grain, rye grain, acorns and cocoa husks, mixing the specified ingredients and cryomilling the mixture obtained in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce a new coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
