SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, yacon cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, roasting of barley grain, oat grain, acorns and cocoa husks, mixing of mentioned components and cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain coffee drink instant powder out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
