SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for mass measurement of force endurance of upper extremities and shoulder girdle flexors during sport competitions and confirming standards of physical fitness of females in bent body position. As force endurance is measured in flexors of upper extremities and shoulder girdle in bent body position, pull-ups are carried out by application of stand dynamometre, which is fixed on upper crosspiece of truss, via lower part of which, at the height of 90 cm from floor, there is a metal rod attached, gripping which from top, female being tested performs body pull-ups in bent position. Work performed is calculated according to the following formula: W = K * S * n, where n is number of body pull-ups; K is readings of stand dynamometre, kg; S is length of point travel located in jugular notch, m.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase objectivity and accuracy of measurements.
