SUBSTANCE: man pulls up the body as many times as possible. Thereafter the distance, which was covered when a man pulled up the body, is determined by measuring its way in cm in the area of spine of the seventh cervical vertebrae. Muscle endurance (W) of upper limbs and thoracic girdle is determined according to formula: W = p * h * n. (kgm), where p- body weight (kg), h - way of spine of the seventh cervical vertebrae within one pull-up (cm), n - number of pull-up.
EFFECT: high efficiency during competitions and reaching resultant standards of physical education for students.
