SUBSTANCE: spatula for introducing transplant in operation of meridional scleroplasty consists of handle and bent at angle to handle working part. Working part is made in form of plate with rounded end, which consists of two parts - straight and bent at angle to handle and radiussed. On concave surface of plate on its end similar acutely sharpened protrusions are made. Protrusions are oriented towards the end of working part and are located at distance less than 3.0 mm from the end of plate working part in two rows in staggered order. In first row from plate end evenly on width and from plate edges not less than 3 protrusions are located. After protrusions on the plate centre slit is located. Slit is made on whole length of plate. Bent section of plate is radiussed. Radius does not exceed two radii of eye ball curvature.

EFFECT: increase of performed operation efficiency due to reliable transplant fixation by means of claimed spatula.
