SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises drive shaft, multiple rotors running on said shaft. Note here that every rotor has axial groove receiving rotary detachable knife fixed therein and separate casing to house drive shaft and rotors. Said separate casing has central zone with stationary knives. Stems and ridges of stationary work in phase with those of rotary knives. Separate casing has also lateral zones comprising replaceable ring vertically attached to rotor faces. Every side zone comprises replaceable jacket with hole diametre exceeding OD of replaceable rings.
EFFECT: higher quality and rate.
