SUBSTANCE: final crumbling machines in tyre processing line are made in form of fine grinders one group of which is connected with each other by transportation devices in tandem, and the other, in parallel Input of first one of tandem connected grinders is coupled with preliminary type crumbling machine, and output of last grinder of this group is connected with crumble spreading installation which has two outputs one of which is designed for letting out finely ground crumbles and the other is connected with inputs of fine grinders of parallel group outputs of which are connected with crumble spreading installation. Line can be furnished additionally with preliminary tyre crumbling machine, fine grinders, magnetic separator, crumble spreading installation, hoppers and textile cord collecting cyclone and also distributor. Each preliminary crumbling machine can be made in form of housing with driven rotor fitted inside, cutting members installed on rotor periphery for turning, grid with holes installed in housing and neck on upper portion housing. Two ports are made on neck and in lower portion of housing. Filter is installed in one of ports, other port being coupled with textile cord collecting cyclone. Housing space can be lined with bronze sheets. Control of motor of each preliminary crumbling machine can be provided by frequency converter. Rollers can be installed above transportation devices. Each fine grinder can be made self-contained. EFFECT: increased output of material up to 95%, reduced power consumption, increased processing capacity. 8 cl, 8 dwg
