FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes immersion and torsion of blank which is placed into matrix block. Immersion and torsion is implemented with effort and rotational moment agreeably by presented mathematical expressions. Device includes punch for immersion of blank and matrix block. Matrix block is installed on thrust block with ability of rotation relative to contact surface of punch and bottom ground contact area of press device. It allows profile section for rotation by means of profiled key.
EFFECT: improving of blank metal and simplification of technology of nanostructuring of blank metal.
