SUBSTANCE: method for casting of hollow concrete item with the help of substantially horizontal process of concreting in sliding curb, where concrete mix is supplied at one stage through limited transverse section, which moves forward in process of casting. Device for casting of hollow concrete item comprises limited cross section, which moves forward in process of casting, elements for supply of concrete through limited cross section at one stage, and also elements for moulding of concrete item. Besides device comprises facilities for variation of distance in process of casting between upper surface and lower surface of at least one hollow element. Element for moulding of hollow part, in which external surface of element for moulding of hollow part is shaped at least by two separate surfaces displaced relative to each other.
