At the same time, the label is made and attached to the concrete item with the help of a facility for manufacturing and a facility for attachment of the specified label, installed on the device to manufacture the concrete item or on the device for finishing of the concrete item. At the same time the specified label manufacturing and attachment facility form a part of the device for finishing of the item, which is made as capable of marking the points of concrete item cutting, made with the help of sliding falsework.
