SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to casting of prefabricated concrete products. Casting method includes the use of a substantially horizontal slipform casting process. Concrete mass is fed under pressure through a restricted cross-section defining the product to be cast, formed by lateral plates of the device, defining the lateral surfaces of the restricted cross-section, the upper surface of a flat bench defining the lower surface of the restricted cross-section, and an upper trowelling plate or vibrating screed, defining the upper surface of the restricted cross-section. Upper surface of the restricted cross-section is formed by a plurality of sections arranged one behind the other in the casting direction and performing a back and forth trowelling motion in the casting direction. Said adjacent sections move in different phases and/or at different speeds.
EFFECT: method for casting prefabricated concrete products is proposed.
