FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of seismology and may be used to develop network of geophysical survey in seismic-hazardous regions of planet. System comprises facilities for observance and tracking of electric discharge processes of "dry" thunderstorms in atmosphere, facilities for measurement of heat radiation of infrared range, which are installed on rotary platform, track of earthquake characteristics processing and calculation by parametres of processed signal. At the same time mode of "dry" thunderstorms atmospherics measurement is realised as excluding background level of Earth heat radiation in measurement channel of ground facilities, including lightning direction finder - range finer with circular directivity pattern of antenna by bearing and radiometre of near infrared range, scanning volume of atmospheric by its bearing at interval of atmospheric existence time.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and validity of results.
