FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to experimental gastroenterology and can be used for modelling of acute gastric ulcer. For this purpose in selected section of stomach probe of corresponding size is introduced. On working end of probe placed is capsule, consisting of homogeneous solid substance, melting at body temperature. In particular case as solid substance, melting at body temperature, ice is used. Inside capsule coiled elastic double-edged rod is placed. In particular case elastic double-edged rod is made from nochrome. Probe is removed. Under impact of body temperature, rod straightens and injures stomach wall.
EFFECT: method ensures simplification of modelling, elimination of abdominal cavity opening, increase of convenience of operating experimenter's work, approximation of model to natural pathology, increase of reproducibility.
