The result is achieved due to that the converter, which has a decoder, a power supply, an output switch and an emitter, also has a pulse forming circuit, a self-powered pulse distributor and a switch unit.

EFFECT: accurate colour reproduction for all values of colour signal codes, achieved by converting radiation into pulses, distributed in the frame period through equal intervals.
