SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication engineering and can be used in digital television. The result is achieved due to that on the transmitting side a photoelectric converter includes two charge injection devices (CID matrices), first and second lenses are placed side by side and the second lens includes a zoom system, the transmitter has a single channel, on the receiving side there two receiving registers, and the control signal generation channel includes a second switch.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption of the system by three times compared to the primary standard and simplification of apparatus when creating conditions for perception of a three-dimensional image by an observer without using an infrared transmitter and 3D glasses.
