FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to device for welding and tempering of parts that require strengthening. Inductor for welding and tempering of parts is arranged with two turns: welding one (1) and tempering one (2), which are connected in parallel, which makes it possible to match two technological processes due to additional elements of structure, by means of which solid alloy is melted on strengthened surface, and remaining part of item is heated for tempering. At the same time closing section of inductor tempering turn is taken out of loop limits and is arranged over welding turn, plane of its closing section and plane of welding turn are arranged perpendicularly, welding turn and closing section of tempering turn are arranged with bends, besides closing section covers welding turn from outside, and welding turn is distanced from lower part of tempering one in space by value, which is more than thickness of processed part.
EFFECT: improved wear resistance of separate part sections in production process of strengthening.
