SUBSTANCE: invention is related to meat industry and may be used in manufacturing cooked sausage products. The meat product contains freshwater seal meat, semi-fat pork, skimmilk powder, starch, carrageenan, buld onion, aqueous extract from read leaves of leather bergenia, salt and spices at a certain component ratio. The freshwater meat is pre-treated in amber acid and then blanched.
EFFECT: invention ensures of rational use of the raw materials, increasing the storage life and reducing the production cost.
