SUBSTANCE: product includes framework and absorbing assemblage. Framework includes transversally opposite side flaps formed by transversally folded inside parts of framework and unfolded framework latches, formed by other bent inside in transversal direction parts of framework. When each framework latch is unfolded by releasing and unbending transversally outside, it projects transversally outside neighbouring side flap. Fastening elements can be placed on at least two framework latches, fastening elements being adapted for fixation of frontal belt area to back belt area in order to embrace user's waist and legs on circumference. Framework can be stretchable. Absorbing assemblage can be fixed by means of cross-like configuration to framework in order to allow parts of framework underlying absorbing assemblage outside cross-like configuration fastening to pass transversally.

EFFECT: invention and its versions allow to hold body discharge and prevent dirtying of user's body and underwear, bed linen and other objects, with which user contacts.
