FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of flotation tailings of coal foam — one of fluorocarbon-containing wastes of electrolytic production of aluminium and can be used in cement industry. Method of producing complex additive for sintering portland cement clinker based on synthetic fluorite and graphitized carbon includes treatment of flotation tailings of coal foam in water solution with lime-containing reagent while stirring and maintaining the weight ratio of the amount of fluorine in the flotation tailings to the amount of active calcium oxide in lime-containing reagent 1:1.40÷1.65, processing is carried out at the following process parameters: temperature 50±3 °C, duration 15±2 min, ratio L:S=(4±0.15):1.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the process, reduced power consumption, obtaining a complex additive for sintering clinker based on synthetic fluorite and graphitized carbon, high quality of the complex additive for sintering portland cement clinker.
