FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for fixation of rails to solid foundation with the help of elastic fastening element (terminal, clamp spring) made of steel plate or strip spring steel and is intended mainly for fixation of railroad rails to concrete sleepers. Device for fixation of railroad rail on solid foundation (sleeper) provides for fixation with the help of support plate, which lies on sleeper and retained from side shift, and also with the help of elastic terminal (1) in the form of bent plate with vertical hole intended for threading on bolt or on rod with helical thread. Unbent stock of terminal has "Y"-shaped form with two springy legs on one end of stock and tab with cut for fixation on the other end of stock. Finished terminal produced by means of stock bending has "C"-shaped form of longitudinal section in the middle part, and tab is arranged approximately in the middle and usually slightly higher than springy legs.

EFFECT: provision of reliable retention of terminal against slipping with preservation of elastic characteristics.
