FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil producing industry and can be used for continuous cleaning internal surface of pressure pipes from sediments of paraffin and mechanical impurities at operation of oil wells by flowing and by gas-lift methods. The device consists of a hollow cylinder case with an external upper and lower sleeves and with knives, and of a rotary gate installed in an internal cylinder cavity of the case kinematically tied with a movable stop fixed in the case at one of its positions. The case has openings. Cutting parts of knives are made as teeth arranged radially on external surface of the case. The upper bushing is equipped with knives. A lower sleeve has inclined apertures.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of cleaning of pipe surface and increased manufacturability of device.
