FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical rod with cross handle and a working element for arrangement of a planting seat in the form of hollow truncated cone with foot rest. Working element has a cavity of cylindrical shape. Working element is coaxially put on rod with the possibility of free displacement along it by length of not less than depth of planting seat. Rod has a sharpened conical end and guide slot of according length, and working element - a fixing bolt, end of which interacts with a mentioned slot.
EFFECT: such design reduces labour intensiveness of planting seat formation, improves quality of planting and operational reliability of device.
