FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gardening. In method explants are separated, treated with a solution of epibrassinolid in concentration of 0.1 mg/l and time of exposition of 1 hr, exposed to sterilisation. Then explants are planted into agarised nutrient medium of Murasige and Skoog with content of growth regulators - 1.5 mg/l of 6-benzylaminopurine and 0.5 mg/l of indoleacetic acid. Then microbulbs are separated from explants and implanted into nutrient medium of Murasige-Skoog with addition of 10-11 mole/l of tidiazuron and 0.5 mg/l of a-naphthyl acetic acid in darkness at the temperature of 14°C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase yield of reproduced material by increasing number of generated microbulbs at positive effect of optimal concentrations of growth regulators.
