The invention is an original nutrient medium for efficient clonal micropropagation of lilies based on environment Quoirin-Lepoivre medium (QL) with half concentration of macro salts (NH4NO3 200.0 mg/l; KNO3 900.0 mg/l; Ca(NO3)2 600.0 mg/l; MgSO4×7H2O 180.0 mg/l; KH2PO4 135.0 mg/l; H3BO3 6.2 mg/l; MnSO4×4H2O 1.0 mg/l; ZnSO4×7H2O 8.6 mg/l; KI 0.08 mg/l; Na2MoO4×2H2O 0.25 mg/l; CuSO4×5H2O 0.025 mg/l; CoCl2×6H2O 0.025 mg/l; FeSO4×7H2O 27.8 mg/l) containing EDTA, 37.3 mg/l; meso inositis 100.0 mg/l; thiamine chloride 0.4 mg /l; pyridoxine chloride 0.5 mg / l; 6-BAP 0.25 mg/l; isopropyl formic acid 0.1 mg/l, glucose 20000.0 mg/l; agar 8000.0 mg /l and distilled water up to 1 liter of the medium.
