SUBSTANCE: recipe ingredients are prepared. Star anise is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Chicory is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Chicory, barley grain and rye grain are fried. Chicory, barley and rye grains are mixed. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of the mixture followed by its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: this method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
