FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, methods and devices for production of foam concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of process mix by mixing of surfactant, water, cement and siliceous component. Process mix is subjected to pore formation with the help of compressed air in mixer having ejector, rotor with blades installed for rotation and producing of rarefaction zone by multiple passage of process mix through ejector and rarefaction zone with formation of a host of fine air pores in which air pressure is equal to that in mixer. Aerated process mix is with drawn through hole in mixer lower part. Device for said method embodiment has mixer for preparation of process mix with the help of mortar pump. Said mixer has a body with conical part, duct for compressed air supply, rotor with blades located in conical part of mixer, vertical tube with radial channels. Vertical tube is coaxial to rotor. Branch pipe for supply process mix is tangentially connected to said tube. Lower part of vertical tube is located in upper part of ejector located above rotor.
