FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction equipment and can be particularly used for production of foam mixtures and their transportation to the place of laying in heat-insulating structures of the buildings and facilities as well as for production of wall blocks, floor slabs and monolithic construction. The unit for production of foam mixtures contains a mixer, a compressed air feeder to the mixer and a device for dosed supply under water pressure to the mixer, which lower inner part contains a horizontal disc rotor with radially placed blades fixed to the inner surface of the mixer body, and the water dosed supply device is arranged as a volumetric chamber pump with the water lever control detector and with an intake pipeline connected to the mixture cavity by means of an aerator as a vertical accordingly situated in its body perforated aeration tube with a conic narrowing at its end. At that a compressed air feeder is made with a coaxially situated in the aeration tube vertical pipe, which free end is situated in the conic narrowing of the aeration tube, moreover the cavity arranged between the vertical aeration pipe and a coaxially situated in it vertical compressed air feeding pipe is covered by the perforated butterfly valve fixed in the upper part of the above mentioned pipes. At that directed to the center the rotor blade ends are joined among each other by a common shoulder ring in the shape of an ejector with the inner conic widening in the direction of the rotor disk, and the mixture body has a charging door with a turning inside cover and an unloading door with the offset of final products.

EFFECT: simplification of production and technological cycle for preparation of foam mixtures and their products with simultaneous improvement of their physical and mechanical properties.
