FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: fragment of human umbilical cord is prepared. It is followed with homogenisation and recovery of fibroblast-like cells with mixed 0.075% collagenase type I and collagenase type IV in enzyme mixing ratio 1:1 in volume proportion of homogenate to working enzyme solution as 1:5. Processing is conducted to sharp increase of viscosity.

EFFECT: method provides high-yield fibroblast-like cells.
