FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to instrumentation and can be used in engineering industry for identification (recognition) of heated metal and non-metal and non-heated metal and non-metal products. Device includes infrared photoreceivers installed along the straight line and between which inductive and capacitor sensing elements are arranged. Inductive sensing element is made in the form of an inductance coil located in circular slot of the open edge of ferrite core with central hole. Capacitor sensing element is installed inside central hole of ferrite core. Also the device includes threshold and logic elements comprising the scheme with three outputs. When the product is moved relative to sensing elements, logic signals are formed at the scheme outputs, and those signals allow identifying the heated metal product, non-heated metal product and heated or non-heated non-metal product.
EFFECT: improving reliability, enlarging functional capabilities and range of controlled products.
