FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to instrumentation and can be used for identification (recognition) of heated non-metal and non-heated metal and non-metal products, as well as non-contact position control sensor of metal and non-metal products considering their thermal state and material type. According to invention, device includes inductive sensing element, electric oscillation generator, two threshold elements, two infrared photoreceivers, pulse former, two logic elements OR-NOT, logic element AND, multivibrator with sensitive capacitor element, detector; at that, inductive and capacitor sensitive elements and infrared photoreceivers are installed along the straight line in one plane and comprise the device sensitive element, and planes of optic windows of infrared photoreceivers, plane of the open edge of ferrite core and one of the planes of capacitor sensitive element, which are directed to one side are parallel installed and form the device sensitive surface.
EFFECT: invention allows avoiding false activations of the device from external infrared radiation sources and heated metal objects.
