FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport and can be used in dispatcher control systems. In compliance with propose method, data on current coordinates of locomotive is used in case track control hardware fails. Onboard control devices define their coordinates, proceeding from satellite data and that from locomotive control system. Dispatcher control station continuously monitors, via radio communication channel, serviceability of all control hardware components involved in locomotive dispatcher control. Dispatcher allows running on section with faulty track control devices with fault detectors. Said section passed, increased train speed is permitted. Note that continuous control over train coordinates is performed. Forced braking and stop signals are transmitted over digital radio communication channel.
EFFECT: higher capacity.
