FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device intended to control the tare filling includes tare filling device, control device of filling device to supply a stop command, visual marking device to mark the filling level, device for supplying the signal towards the tare in order to create a falling signal, and falling signal receiving device which receives the signal returned from the tare. Control system performs processing of the falling signal by measuring the variable on the basis of that signal and which indicates the filling level, and creates the command to stop the filling device when the above variable reaches or exceeds certain pre-determined threshold. Visual level marking device is installed to indicate the mark viewed by the user on the tare side, which corresponds to desirable filling level of tare with liquid. Control device is installed so that it can stop the filling device when liquid reaches the level specified with visual marking device. Visual marking device is made so that it can be adjusted by offsetting the mark and the appropriate filling level on the tare side to the position corresponding to the chosen filling level.

EFFECT: device is easy and reliable, and it simplifies the use of the machine considering the tare of any volume.
