FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes modular construction from elastic material, arrow and two reinforced concrete supports, as well as is equipped with a float. Owing to water level rise, the float lifts the modular construction from elastic material. Float is retained by means of reinforced concrete supports at stable distance from the shore.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency and reliability of protection of economic assets during water floods.
