SUBSTANCE: system of communication control comprises provider (102), containing provider tie (112), requester (104a, 104b) that requests tie and intermediate access unit (110), which provides for communication with provider (102) and requester (104a, 104b). In intermediate access unit (110) there are software instructions that implement the following stages: reception and storing of provider tie from provider; reception of request signal from requester, which identifies requested tie; comparison of provider tie object to object from requested tie for understanding whether requested tie has been provided by the provider; and transmission of request signal to provider, if provider has provided the requested tie.
EFFECT: optimised process of requested data delivery.
