FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel neuroprotectors which are bis-dialkylamides of phosphoryl-substituted 1,4-dicarboxylic acids of formula [I] and synthesis method thereof from corresponding acids of formula [II], where R is a straight or branched lower alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, where substitutes of the phenyl group can be 1-5 halogen atoms, 1-5 lower alkyl groups, 1-5 lower alkoxy groups, 1-5 dialkylamino groups; Y is a direct bond or methylene, R' is a straight or branched lower alkyl. The method of producing compounds of formula [I] is characterised by reaction of acids of formula [II] with hexaalkyl triamidophosphites of general formula (R'2N)3P, where R' assumes values given above, in a medium of aromatic or saturated hydrocarbons at temperature 20-80°C.
EFFECT: novel neuroprotectors and a novel simpler method of producing said neuroprotectors with high output.
