FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the stages: (a) introduction of a sampling device in a production line for the period sufficient for microorganisms to form a biofilm in situ on the surface of the sampling device within the production, (b) finishing of the sampling device with the formed biofilm by a dissolved tested agent reacting against the formation of the biofilm during the certain period, (c) contact of the biofilm with a liquid culture medium placed in a hollow of the device for microorganism cultivation during the certain period, and (d) removal of the culture medium from said hollow of the device and qualitative and/or quantitative detection of the biofilm on the walls of said hollow. There is also provided a set of products to implement the method under the present invention.
EFFECT: invention allows for rapid and effective monitoring of the microbiological condition during paper or cardboard manufacture, for reliable results on efficiency of the tested agents reacting against the formation of the biofilm.
