FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device contains movable sampling hood of emission from nondefined place, stationary sampling hood of emission from nondefined place, water-cooled dust precipitation chamber which is pneumatically connected to gas flues with mobile and stationary sampling hoods, afterburning chamber, water-cooled and uncooled gas flue, channel, remotely-operated valves and valves for automatic leak-in of ambient air. For increasing of separation intensity from gas flow, solid inclusions in chamber of dust precipitation water-cooled chamber it is installed heat-exchanger, walls of which are implemented by circle involute. By height of dust precipitation chamber between flat walls there are stepped located pipelines, each of which is hydraulically connected to ascending pipe. Ascending pipes are installed in continuous wall vertically with constant angular pitch. Bottom ends of ascending pipes are connected to radially-oriented pipelines for removing of heat carrier.
EFFECT: increased dust- and gas catching at economic water consumption, reduction of power inputs and man-hours at manufacturing of water-cooled dust precipitation chamber.
